I have been trying to get an issue resolved with my Kaspersky software for five days now.

They have the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.

They are constantly passing the buck to a different department who, in turn, does the same thing.

Both are recommended in the premium and midrange antivirus tiers, which offer perks such as parental controls that not all customers may need.

Kaspersky's Windows antivirus software runs the gamut from the bare-bones Kaspersky Free to the full-featured Kaspersky Total Security.

There are a lot of anti-virus software companies out there - choose anyone but Kaspersky.

They advertise the free Kaspersky Antivirus but the download link does not work.

I have tried from 4 different computers, two internet providers, and two browsers.

Contacted support via the chat, extremely unhelpful and terminated the session without resolving any issue or acknowledging the problem.

If a proxy server is required for accessing the source, its parameters are specified in the protection policy (in the Advanced Settings / Application Settings section).

It’s one of the best, if not the best, security application developers for Windows operating system.

The free version, introduced in July 2017, includes Kaspersky's malware-detection engine and screens websites and email messages for malicious software and phishing scams.
